Growing Ideas, LLC dba Rockin' Media does not sell, rent, trade, or license your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.To operate the App, we may share limited data with trusted service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, cloud storage, and image enhancement.
4) Subscriptions & Payments
If the App offers subscriptions or paid features:Payments are processed through secure, authorized payment processors.
Rockin' Media does not store full payment card numbers.
Billing information is used only for transaction processing, account management, and dispute handling.
5) Photos, Media, and User Content
The App allows users to upload photos and other media related to rental properties and homes for sale for the purpose of image enhancement and presentation.Uploaded photos and media are used only to provide app functionality and improve image quality.
Content is not sold, licensed, or shared.
Content is not used for advertising, marketing, or AI model training.
Users retain ownership of their content.
6) Retention After Listing Deletion
If you delete a listing:The listing is removed from active use and public display.
Photos, media, and associated contact or account information may be retained for up to two (2) years solely for legitimate business purposes, including billing verification, charge/payment dispute resolution, fraud prevention, customer support, and legal/tax/accounting obligations.
After the two-year retention period, the information is securely deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required by law.
7) Location Information
We do not collect precise location data unless required for a specific feature and clearly disclosed in-app. Location data is never sold or shared.8) California Privacy Rights (CPRA/CCPA)
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to lawful retention requirements, including billing disputes, legal compliance, or enforcement of agreements.9) GDPR (EU & UK Users)
We process personal data under lawful bases including contract performance, legitimate interests (security/reliability), legal obligations, and consent where required. EU/UK users have rights including access, correction, deletion (subject to lawful retention), restriction/objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent.10) Data Protection and Duty of Care
We use reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aligned with industry best practices. No system is completely secure. Account, contact, billing, and uploaded content may be retained for up to two (2) years following listing deletion or account inactivity for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. After the period, data is securely deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer retention.12) Children's Privacy

Effective Date: 2026-02-08These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FlashHDRsc™ mobile application and related services (the “App”), operated by Growing Ideas, LLC dba Rockin’ Media (“Rockin’ Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
FlashHDRsc™ provides tools that allow users to upload photos of rental properties and homes for sale and enhance those photos for marketing and presentation purposes.2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.3. User Content
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. You grant Rockin’ Media a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the App’s functionality. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload, process, and publicly display the content for real estate marketing purposes.3A. Public Nature of Uploaded Content
Uploaded photos are intended for real estate and rental property marketing and may appear on public websites, MLS systems, or marketing platforms. After upload, photos should be considered public-facing. Rockin’ Media is not responsible for claims arising from content uploaded without proper rights or permissions.4. Listings, Deletion, and Retention
Deleted listings are removed from active use. Related content and account data may be retained for up to two (2) years for billing disputes, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.5. Payments
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment processors. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or processor policy.5A. Refund Abuse and Account Removal
If enhanced photos or other deliverables have been successfully processed and delivered:
• One (1) refund request after delivery may be reviewed and handled in Rockin’ Media’s discretion.
• More than one (1) refund request for delivered photos constitutes abuse of the Service and will result in account removal. This enforcement may include denial of further refunds, suspension, or permanent termination of access to the App. The App’s automated systems may flag and enforce this policy.6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content
You may not upload content that:
• Is unlawful or illegal
• Contains pornography or sexually explicit material
• Depicts minors inappropriately
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Violates privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights
• Is misleading or fraudulent
Rockin’ Media may remove content or terminate accounts that violate this policy.7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Obligations related to billing, disputes, refund enforcement, and lawful retention survive termination.8. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rockin’ Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.10. Business Transfers
If Growing Ideas, LLC dba Rockin’ Media, the FlashHDR+ application, or substantially all of our assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.Any such transfer will be subject to:
This Privacy Policy (or a successor policy with protections that are no less protective), and
Applicable privacy laws and data protection requirements.
We do not sell personal information as part of ordinary business operations, and any transfer in connection with a business transaction is not considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable privacy laws.
Any successor entity will assume and be bound by these Terms of Service.
11. Assignment
Growing Ideas, LLC dba Rockin’ Media may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction.You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.
These Terms will bind and benefit permitted successors and assigns.
12. Governing Law

1. Scope of Services
FlashHDRsc™ provides photo enhancement and related services for rental properties and homes for sale. S ervices are considered completed once enhanced photos or other deliverables are successfully processed and made available to the user.2. General Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by the rules of the applicable payment processor (including but not limited to Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or credit card issuers) and applicable law.
Except where required by law or processor policy, fees paid for completed photo services are non-refundable once delivery has occurred.3. Delivery of Photo Services
Delivery occurs when enhanced photos are made available for download, viewing, or use within the FlashHDRsc™ application or associated delivery systems. The user is responsible for reviewing delivered photos promptly.4. Refund Requests After Delivery
If enhanced photos or other deliverables have been successfully processed and delivered:
• One (1) refund request after delivery may be reviewed at Rockin’ Media’s discretion.
• More than one (1) refund request for delivered photos constitutes abuse of the Service and will result in account removal. This policy applies regardless of whether refund requests are submitted manually, through customer support, or via a payment processor.
Automated systems may be used to flag, monitorored, and enforce this policy.5. Refund Abuse and Enforcement
Rockin’ Media reserves the right to take enforcement actions in response to refund abuse, including denial of additional refunds, suspension, termination, or restriction of future access.6. Disputes and Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Rockin’ Media may retain relevant account data, transaction records, and uploaded content for up to two (2) years to investigate and resolve the matter and comply with legal obligations.7. Effect of Account Removal
Account removal does not reverse completed services, eliminate payment obligations, or prevent Rockin’ Media from defending disputes/chargebacks.8. Changes to This Policy
